| Job Description | DUTIES: To include but not limited to:- DESIGNING: *Preparation of drawings, plans and sections, for timber frame designs in AutoCAD. *Preparation of base plans for projects and agreement with clients. Staying current with modern building methods and practices Reviewing plans received from clients with regards to design and structural elements. *Preparing necessary structural calculations, using proprietary software, to enable the company to proceed with the necessary timber frame design work. *Discuss structural and timber frame design issues with the client and/or their consultants; confirm and agree proposals. *Confirm details to Design. |
