| Job Description | Coordinate the day-to day operation of a team, including the scheduling of routine work, prioritization of work assignment, implementation of projects, and assessment of quality and quantity of work. Perform leadership functions on a team, including corrective action of team members, completion of performance evaluations with leadership member(s), and mentoring of team members. Use data indicators to schedule workload, scheduled maintenance, improve operations, and identify system problems/trends. Work in close cooperation with other team leaders to manage the department workload and improve department operations. Increase the efficiency of relevant team and take corrective actions to improve performance and enhance operations quality Direct team members towards achieving quality service to customer Receive customer complaints escalated from subordinates/ call centre / follow up and respond to complains with proper corrective action Assess team members technical and interpersonal performance Report daily operations updates (orders load, redo ratio, returned orders) and review with direct manager Monitor team discipline, attendance, commitment and solve relevant work issues Performs other related duties as required. |
